We have missed you.
We have been hard at work to ensure your visit is safe, comfortable and enjoyable.
Safety measures have been put in place in line with government guidelines.
Here are some of the core new procedures and policies in place.
We ask that all our guests follow the guidelines we have established in order that we can make your cinema experience as safe as we can for all guests and staff.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
All booking is in advance, screens are operating to a very reduced capacity, we strongly recommend that you book as soon as you can. You can book on the website or over the phone during opening hours. 01594 822555 In the cinema use contactless payment whenever possible, the next preferable method is debit or credit card, pin pads will be sanitised after every transaction. If you are unwell and cannot make your showtime please do not visit the cinema. We ask that if you develop symptoms of Covid19 you contact via Facebook messenger or phone message 01594 822555 someone will get back to you to discuss your options. We appreciate things change quickly, please do try to give us advanced warning if you cannot make it.
WATCHING A FILM
Both screens are operating at reduced capacity to comply with physical distancing requirements. We have also reduced the number of rows in screen one from 14 to eight in order to create a wider distance between rows.
GROUPING AND SEAT PLACEMENT:
To enable distancing when you book seats the system automatically blocks off seats to the side of you so that no-one else will be sat next to you. If a group of you are meeting, book in one block if you wish to sit together. Please do not go back for food or drink once you are seated, other films will be going in while you are watching a film as film times will be staggered to minimise contact. The toilets will be functioning as normal. There will be extra time between shows to completely sanitise the screens, loos and all contact points.
SNACKS & DRINKS
Some item may not be available, sugar milk and straws will not be available on self serve, they will be handed to you by the staff.WE ask that all purchases are made before you take your seats.
HYGIENE & CLEANLINESS
We have installed perspex counter screens to protect staff and customers. There are multiple liquid sanitizer points around the building our sanitizer is 70% alcohol please make use of it. staff are sanitising all contact points in the cinema regularly. the seats in the screens are sanitised after every performance as are the toilets. We have enhanced our cleaning regimes and equipment to ensure very high standards of cleanliness. All customer-facing staff have been equipped with all the safety tools needed to carry out their job safely, including visors, aprons, personal sanitiser. Whilst every effort is being made to ensure the safety and comfort of all customers, should you feel we are not meeting a requirement please direct your concerns to the manager or shift supervisor.
